The Market World staff is excited you will be joining us for the 29th annual Spirit of the Buffalo Pow Wow. We have a couple of important notes we would like to share with you regarding booth setup.

Event Dates: Two Big Weekends: February 7-9 and Feb 14-16, 2025

Show Hours: 10 am to 6 pm 

Booth Setup: Vendors are welcome to setup anytime from Sunday, Feb 2nd through Thursday Feb 6th

Location:  International Market World Flea and Farmers Market, 1052 US-92, Auburndale, FL 33823

The International Market World is a flea market, farmers market and entertainment center. The Market attracts several thousand visitors each weekend. The built-in traffic from the flea market helps produce a steady stream of attendees for the Pow Wow.

Directions: The Market World is located west of downtown Auburndale on the northside of US Rt 92 near Rt 570. Take the second entrance near the big yellow building and park in the west parking lot. Parking is free. 

Other notes…

  • The event will be held in a big top circus tent.
  • A small sign with your name/business name will be placed at your assigned booth space. lf you have any questions contact John Bigley at 863-458-2719. John roams the Market World complex in a golf cart and will escort you to your booth space. 
  • The Market gates are locked at 5 pm. The gate at the second entrance near the Big Top Circus tent will remain open during the event. 
  • Trailer, Tent and RV camping is available during the event. Most vendors choose to camp behind their booth. Additional camping spaces with electric and water hookup are also available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The additional camping spaces are located a short walking distance from the event. There is no fee for camping for vendors.
  • Restrooms and showers are located in the Big Yellow Building, a short walking distance from the vendor area. Showers are located on the second floor of the Big Yellow Building.
  • This is an outdoor event. Temperatures range in the high 50’s to low 70’s and precipitation is usually dry in February. Dress accordingly.
  • Event signs have been posted outside the Market World complex promoting the event to area residents traveling on busy Rt. 92. 
  • Billboard campaigns are currently running throughout Central Florida including Florida’s I-4 
  • The Market World Marketing staff will continue to promote the event through social media channels.
  • Wifi service is not provided however Spectrum customers can take advantage of hotspot coverage.
  • Leverage the power of social media networks. Remember to invite your followers to the event. 
  • If you have not already done so, please send your $100 deposit and/or your booth payment to International Market World, 1052 US Hwy 92 W, Attn: Pow Wow Coordinator, Auburndale, FL 33823
  • Friday, February 7th and Friday, February 14th are designated as Student Appreciation days. All students and teachers receive free admission on Fridays only.  This year we have 17 area schools with over 500 students registered to date.
  • New for 2025 -an expanded historic village featuring workshops, demonstrations and displays is located on a picturesque lake a short walk from the Big Top tent and vendor area.
  • Vendor canopies must be constructed of a white, flame-retardant tarp.

  • proof of insurance of $1,000,000 with International Market World as and additional insured
